  My husband is a commercial truck driver so we go all over the United States. This was the worst Pilot we have been to. We stopped for the night here. The restrooms were dirty. The trash looked like it hadn't been emptied for a couple days. Toilets were dirty. The next morning when we went in to use the restrooms they still hadn't been cleaned. Then my husband weighed the truck and went in to get the scale ticket she told him the information he gave her was wrong. She did it twice and said she couldn't help him. He called his company and they said everything was good and to have her redo it. He went back in and she realized she had punched in one of the numbers wrong but she still said it wasn't working. Her nails were so long she could barely punch in the numbers. We went down the road to the Flying J in William's Iowa and the very nice lady there got the ticket the first time with the same information. Bad service at Clear Lake.
